New paths through difficulties
Thoughts going round in circles, emotions that are hard to manage, complicated relationships, delicate decisions or the feeling of no longer moving forward: some situations end up taking up a great deal of space and become difficult to overcome alone.
Individual therapy makes it possible to step back from difficulties and consider other ways of dealing with them. Sessions take place in a confidential and safe setting, conducive to therapeutic work.
The therapeutic work is built on two complementary levels. During the sessions, discussion and reflection help put the situations encountered into perspective and define relevant and effective strategies. Between sessions, this work continues in daily life, through concrete experiences and actions.
The person is thus fully an agent of their own process, while benefiting from therapeutic support. They gradually learn to approach complex or delicate situations differently, to break out of the mechanisms that maintain their difficulties and to regain new possibilities for action.
The aim is to enable everyone to become the agent of their own life again and to regain more freedom in the way they think, communicate and act.
