Teamwork, differently

A team or an organisation is much more than the sum of the individuals who make it up. Each person, through their role, relationships and interactions, influences how the collective functions.

The process begins with an assessment of the situation, followed by an individual, confidential interview with each member of the group. These conversations make it possible to gather the different points of view and understand how each person perceives the situation.

In a second phase, the work continues with the group. Ways of working, relationships and difficulties are explored together in order to better understand the dynamics at play.

The diversity of experiences and viewpoints draws on collective intelligence. The group can thus bring out understandings and avenues of thought that go beyond individual perspectives.

The systemic approach takes the whole collective into account: each person influences the group, just as the group influences each person.
